More September

We've had some fun times in September that I haven't posted about. The beginning of the month started off with a special treat for me! Cristie and I flew to Minnesota for a weekend with Mom and Dad. Carrie Underwood performed at Daddy's casino that weekend and Mom, T and I love her. Sweet Daddy shared his Delta sky miles with us and treated us to the concert. We had a great time at the show and had fun throughout the weekend. Without the grands around, Cristie and I were spoiled :) I was only home from MN a few days before CC and Day Day arrived for a visit. Me-Ma wasn't far behind them. We had a great weekend celebrating Judy's birthday and all being together!

He wants to go there and meet Jack Sparrow too :) I felt a little guilty going to the festival without the boys. Drew would have been in awe of the costumes and activites.

Licking the icing bowl for Me-Ma's cake! The strawberry cake (still the best recipe ever Aunt Kim!) has the most amazing icing. I told the boys they could have a lick and David went in with his whole hand. It was the biggest mess but they loved every lick :)
